NEW YORK (February 13, 2019)—TMP Worldwide, a global leader in talent acquisition technologies, today announced that Jennifer Vaughan, Vice President, Digital Strategy for North America, was bestowed the 2019 Neal Litow Employee Excellence Award.

Now in its 7th year, the Neal Litow Employee Excellence Award is a very special award to the TMP organization. The company established the award in remembrance of Neal Litow, a long standing, well-respected and member of the TMP family. Neal was always there for his employees, peers and made everyone he encountered feel important. Neal succumbed to cancer in November of 2011.

With that, TMP Worldwide started the award and framed it around the following traits that embodied Neal: respect for others, integrity, ability to truly listen, optimism in all situations and loyalty and compassion for others. The names of employees that meet this criterion are submitted to members of the senior management team, who then vote on a winner.

This year’s winner, Jennifer Vaughan, has been with TMP Worldwide for over 18 year and throughout her tenure, she has exhibited all these qualities and more, including humility and extreme positivity. She always embraces change, speaks the truth and goes above and beyond in her role. As the recipient, Jennifer received a cash award of which half will be donated to a charity of her choice.

“Jennifer is a tremendous colleague and she personifies all of the traits that made Neal so great,” said Mike Newell, President, North America at TMP Worldwide. “She is a great representation of the culture of TMP and this award is well deserved!”

“I am humbled to have been selected as this year’s recipient of the Neal Litow Employee Excellence Award,” explained Jennifer Vaughan, Vice President, Digital Strategy North America at TMP Worldwide. “Having worked with Neal for many years and experiencing first-hand his amazing character, I am truly honored to be recognized by my colleagues.”

Other recipients from prior years include Russell Miyaki, Jon Vancos, Steve Ehrlich, Rashaud Bennett, Todd Maycunich, Susanna Brandon and Gretchen Edwards.
