DETAILS:
Though current hiring initiatives may be limited, that does not mean that employers should press pause on their recruitment operations. Even in today's challenging federal climate, continuing to effectively message and communicate an agency's mission, work and available job opportunities is a key function for promoting the agency as a whole.

During "Priming the Talent Pipeline: How to Effectively Message Your Agency's Mission, Work and Opportunities," TMP Government and the Partnership for Public Service will share best practices for crafting compelling messages that will engage job seekers and help maintain their interest in an agency. This interactive workshop will feature panel and small group discussions as well as presentations by public and private sector leaders, who will offer their first-hand experiences. Attendees will learn how to present their agency's information both online and in-person to create messages that resonate and increase audience participation regardless of current hiring needs.

Seating is limited. Those unable to attend in-person are encouraged to register to view the event via live stream. To learn more and reserve a space, please visit: http://www.tmp.com/event/priming-the-talent-pipeline/157/.
