The Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion - one of the city's most recognizable and striking landmarks - will play host to this year's Employment Management Association's (EMA) 36th Annual Conference and Exposition, April 20-22. The only conference dedicated to human resource professionals who specialize in employment and staffing, this event offers a variety of networking opportunities, as well as unique educational programs that are not available at any other Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conference.

At the Exposition, visitors will discover innovative products and services while networking with industry experts such as TMP Worldwide - one of the world's largest recruitment advertising agencies, a sister division of Monster, the leading global careers website. TMP offers a depth of recruitment and retention resources that give employers the competitive advantage in finding the right talent through traditional and new media arenas. Whether it's developing a branding strategy and media plan or creating an integrated advertising campaign, TMP's solutions with an digital edge help to reduce costs, streamline the recruiting cycle and enhance how potential candidates pursue opportunities. Stop by booth 302 and learn more.

The Conference will also include three keynote speakers representing individual perspectives on issues facing today's HR professionals: Julian Bond, Chairman, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); Liz Murray, Author and Lecturer, From Homeless to Harvard; and Bill George, Former Chairman and CEO, Medtronic, Inc. There will also be two SHRM Academy® courses focused on Negotiation Skills for the HR Professional, and Business Process Outsourcing: Essential Tools and Methods, with concurrent educational sessions ranging from Increasing Retention with Style to Taking Talent Acquisition Up a Notch to Interview Roadblocks and more.

The 2005 Creative Excellence Awards are also part of the Conference and Exposition activities. On Thursday, April 21, leading international HR professionals, advertising agencies and their clients will gather at this black-tie event, presented by Recruitment Marketplace (RMP) in cooperation with SHRM. They will enjoy an evening of cocktails, fine dining and accolades in celebration of the most innovative recruitment advertising campaigns developed during the preceding year.
